Rain is a norm for Dubliners, but not for me, and of cause not for my camera…too much of a maintenance. Usually, on my travel, I love to find the time for myself. It could be just an hour I can spend without my peers, my group, my mate. I made it a rule of each of my travels: I need my personal time with the places I visiting. I try to catch maybe an hour before everyone wakes up, or go on a walk while my friends are shopping, or I cut my time at the cafe, but I realize that I always need to get only visual experience without any extra info: my eye is getting sharper, I am seeing interesting sites, which, I know I would miss being in a company. Here, in Dublin, I straggle in the rain alone, but people on street were very opened to help by holding the umbrella. I dedicate this post to Dubliners.
Beatiful post! I can’t wait to visit Dublin myself. 🙂
Love the last photo, and the one with the red bike the best. Rain can sure saturate the colours! One of the reasons I chose my Pentax 6 years ago was that it is waterproof.
Beautiful. Interesting the city with no one in the frame. I presume there are people there (joke). I like the pictures, and Dublin in the rain.
