Brazil was one of my finest travel and I enjoyed it very much. Everyone can recognized worldly known statue of Christ the Redeemer. I’ve seen a lot of wonderful arial photographs of the monument, however I didn’t have the opportunity to get on a helicopter tour in Rio that time. Instead, I spent my time sipping a nice cocktail under the umbrella, and I got my perfect shot of Christ blessing the brollies.
I traveled all over Peru, and I was fascinated by the color feast I found practically everywhere. I think I collected the great examples of “Peruvian” color palette. This particular picture was taken when , let say I was “off my picture-taking duty already”: I even put my camera away and I was resting my eyes just wondering in the bus window. Suddenly, I sharpen my vision and I saw, at that moment I thought I saw a completely composed painting: carefully chosen setting, costume, lighting, textures on background – everything was in right place. I even didn’t have time to get off the bus. I took the shot, and I love it.
